Thrive at Home: Parent Coaching & Curriculum
My passion is helping families thrive - not just when things fall apart, but in the everyday moments that shape who we become together.
After more than twenty years of walking alongside parents and families, I’ve learned that thriving doesn’t happen by accident. It takes awareness, intention, and a clear framework for how to respond when life gets messy.
The Thriving Parents Curriculum is a guided 12-week experience that helps parents strengthen connection, consistency, and confidence at home. I created it for proactive parents who want to grow with purpose - to build stronger relationships, reduce conflict, and lead their families with calm confidence.
My mission is to provide a clear, actionable framework parents can use in times of stress to stay grounded, communicate effectively, and realign with their core values—the compass that keeps families connected and growing in the right direction. Each week combines personalized parent coaching with the online curriculum - turning insight into action and values into daily habits.
Whether your family is facing challenges or simply striving for better balance, this work is designed to help you move from surviving the week to thriving together.
